Welcome! I’m Louise, and this is my story…
My relationship with yoga began early, influenced by my mum, who was an aspiring yogi in the 1970s. This initial spark led me to pursue a career in health and wellbeing, studying Human Movement and Health Education at university and earning a Master’s degree in Social Welfare. I spent years working in gyms and schools across Sydney, all the while maintaining a regular yoga practice to manage stress.
A pivotal moment came when I realized that my true path was to share my passion for wellbeing with others. This realization inspired me to complete Teen Yoga Teacher training in the UK, followed by extensive studies in various yoga disciplines, including Embodied Yoga, Parayoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Myofascial Release. Over the last two decades, yoga has brought my life full circle, reconnecting me with its ancient wisdom and its powerful impact on mental and physical health.
Meditation has also played a significant role in my life. Introduced to it thirty years ago, it has become a daily practice that brings calm and clarity to my once-busy mind. I believe meditation doesn’t have to be a daunting task—just a simple, kind practice of checking in with oneself.
Today, I am wholeheartedly committed to helping others release stress and find balance amidst life’s challenges. I teach Yoga for Wellbeing from my studio in Randwick and at Sydney Pelvic Clinic in Bondi Junction. I’ve also expanded my offerings to include Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Akashic Record readings. These modalities work together to help individuals connect more deeply with themselves, revealing underlying patterns unlocking stress and tension and fostering a sense of ease and inner peace.

just obstacles to be removed.”
