It combines Asana, physical postures, Pranayama, breathing exercises, Yoga Nidra, (Non sleep deep rest) meditation and mindfulness practices to promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Classes are tailored to individual needs, with a specific focus on Nervous System regulation.
