"It is my passion to harness the transformative power of yoga to help my students explore their own unique inner landscape in a safe and accessible environment. Together we weave pranayama (breath work), asana (movement), mindfulness and meditation practices to enable them to “Relax, Release and Unfold” in resonance with their body and life experiences. I prioritise tending to the nervous system and incorporating evidence-based research into a personalised wellbeing framework to meet the demands placed on each individual in this modern world. This framework aims to optimize psychological, neurological, and physical wellness, enhancing overall well-being on a soul level."

Cultivating conscious relaxation, being deeply attentive, allowing the nervous system to actively relax, restore from the inside out, discharge excess tension, increase a sense of calm and in turn, diminish stress levels, nourishing the “Prana” or “Chi” (Lifeforce).

Move with Awareness
A mindful flowing vinyasa class, combining breath, movement and intention, that helps shift you into an integrated state feeling fully present. No previous experience is needed for this practice as we will explore many techniques to settle the chatter in the mind. New focus each on month: eg bone building, vitality, focus, chakras
