Sound Bath Experience
Friday March 22
Venue: Coogee Yoga: 135 Brook St Coogee (St Brigids Parish Grounds)
The sound bath experience harnesses the power of sound & vibrations to restore harmony within your nervous system. Immersing yourself in resonant frequencies produced by instruments such as singing bowls, gongs & chimes, sets an environment for your mind & body to enter a state of deep relaxation, energetic balance & inner alignment.
Each unique sound bath starts with an introduction & gentle movement & breathing techniques helping you prepare to surrender to the sounds & vibrations. It is an opportunity to let go of tension & stress, quieten the mind, to allow the sound & vibrations to shift your nervous system into relaxation. Guiding you towards inner peace & NSDR (Non Sleep Deep Rest).
With your consent, Tracey and Louise offer the option of incorporating localised vibration therapy. This therapeutic technique supports the well-being of your nervous system by activating the rest & digest branch of your system. All are welcome. No prior experience is necessary.
Experience the transformative journey of sound vibration meditation and Yin Yoga, guided by two skilled facilitators, Trace Nikitaras and Louise Gerondis. Harnessing the power of sound and vibrations with Trace and diving deep into inner harmony through Yin Yoga with Louise, this session offers a unique opportunity to restore balance within your nervous system.
